After obtaining his law degree and passing his Quebec Bar exam, Émile articled and practiced as a commercial litigator with an international law firm, before reorienting his career within our company. During this period, Émile was involved in a number of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring cases, enabling him to gain valuable experience in these fields.
Émile has successfully completed the path required to obtain the PAIR – (Professionnel agréé en insolvabilité et redressement) designation. He is a regular member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency Professionals and holds a license as a Licensed Trustee in Insolvency.
Émile has a keen interest in resolving tax situations. Prior to beginning his career as a lawyer, Émile operated a service business in this field. He will naturally be involved in the many cases we administer in which tax debts or liabilities of any kind are involved.
